Meet the Staff
Cheryl Caso
Cheryl Caso is the owner & master stylist of L'Elegance Salon. She started her career in 1985, & in 1992 she decided to open her own salon. Since then, L'Elegance has grown from a two chair salon to a highly trained staff of fifteen. Cheryl is Goldwell color certified as a "Color Specialist" & has mastered all areas of hair care, specifically, cutting, blow-outs, & retexturizing (i.e. relaxers/perms). She continues to further her education, in Connecticut, but also in other areas in the United States & Canada. She believes that by learning as much as she can will not only help her as a stylist, but her clients & their satisfaction. Cheryl promotes an atmosphere of relaxation, pampering & overall professionalism in her salon.
Christine Vivenzio (Salon Coordinator)
Christine has been a big part of L'Elegance since 1996.
As a Salon Coordinator she makes sure to go out of her way to make each & every guest feel welcome. Christine is the heartbeat of L'Elegance, as manager, she makes sure that our day at the salon will run as smooth as possible, while accommodating everyone's needs.
Tricia Vivenzio (Senior Stylist)
Tricia has been a stylist since 1990, & has been with L'Elegance since it opened in 1992. She is experienced in all areas of hair designing. Tricia is trained & certified in Great Lengths Hair Extensions & also specializes in special occasion and Bridal styles. She continues to educate herself in color & cutting in Connecticut, & in other areas of the United States.
Michelle Guliuzza (Senior Stylist)
Michelle has been a stylist since 1985, & has been with L'Elegance Salon since 1993. She is experienced in all areas of hair designing, & specializes in hair relaxing. Michelle has extensive training in color & continues her education to keep up with current styles & trends. Michelle is a certified Goldwell certified color specialist, & specializes in retexturizing & relaxing as well. Michelle has trained in Connecticut, but also in New York, Massachusetts & Canada.
Lori Edmunds (Senior Stylist)
Lori has been a stylist since 1989, & has been a part of the L'Elegance team since 1993. Lori is experienced in all areas of hair-care services, but she specializes in cutting & coloring & special occasion styles. Lori is passionate about educating herself to up with the newest fashions in hair & is a Goldwell certified color specialist. She trains by taking many local classes every year.
Jackie Campagnuolo (Senior Stylist)
A graduate of GalMar Academy, Jackie has been a part of the L'Elegance team since 1999. Jackie is also a Goldwell Color certified color specialist. Jackie's superior cutting & Up-Style skills have developed through education, including Paul Mitchell, KMS & L'Oreal. Jackie continues to educate herself, & has been to New York, & Cancun for additional training in cutting and color.
Heather Kissel (Senior Stylist)
Heather
has been in the business since 1992. She worked as an educator for
Graham Webb for eighteen years. Heather specializes in cutting, but is
also Goldwell color trained & educated in Up-Style by L'Oreal,
Aquage, & KMS. She is also trained in chemical retexturizing (perms,
BioIonic Kerasmooth, chemical straightening).
Linda Anderson (Senior Stylist)
Linda
has been a part of the L'Elegance staff since 2000. She is passionate
about educating herself both in coloring and cutting. Linda
has also trained in Cancun with Goldwell Haircolor for Trend Zoom. She
specializes in haircutting & continues to bring excellence and
personalized attention with her clients.
Siobhan Bazinet (Senior Stylist)
Siobhan
has been a stylist since 1999, & she has been with L'Elegance Salon
since the start of her career. She has continued her education in color
& cutting, all throughout Connecticut & has also been to
Baltimore to have further learning. She specializes in special occasion
up-styles & cutting, but is also known for relaxing scalp
treatments.
Suzanne Phalen (Senior Stylist)
Suzanne has been in the business for many years, she continues her education in cutting & coloring. She is Goldwell trained in color. She is also certified by Great Lengths to put in & remove extensions. Suzanne is also a certified nail technician, available for manicures, acrylic tip application and fills.
Megan Gaffney-Scotto (New Talent)
Megan graduated from the Paul Mitchell Academy in August of 2008 at the top of her class for cutting, coloring, & Up-Styling. Since graduating, Megan has been trained in Goldwell color techniques along with KMS & Paul Mitchell cutting skills. Megan has also mastered KMS, Paul Mitchell & L'Oreal techniques for Up-Styling.
Annie DeGennaro (Assistant)
Annie has been with L'Elegance since 2005 assisting the stylists and contributes to making the days run smoothly. Annie is also known for her amazing shampoos, which instantly adds to the relaxation of the guests.
